At Peachtree we stand behind the words "A happy worker is a productive worker." Our staff is continually looking for new ways to motivate employees and develop a cohesive work environment. Currently, we are running our own versions of "American Idol" and "The Biggest Loser."

"American Idol"
Held every Friday, employees voluntarily sing in front of their coworkers for one minute. Medals are awarded for the best entertainer of the week. Whoever acquires the most medals by the end of the year, wins an all expense paid trip to Italy. We feel this is a great way for people to get into the mood, put everyone on the same playing field, and add a smile on their faces.

"Biggest Loser"
Like the TV show, employees can volunteer to participate in a weight-loss competition. Similar to our "American Idol" program, whoever loses the most weight by the end of the year, wins an all inclusive trip to the Bahamas, where they can sip on Pina Coladas while the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean.
